A Missouri Lottery player won a $50,000 top prize on a “$50,000 Cash Quest” Scratchers ticket she purchased at Casey’s, 403 Washington St., in Doniphan.

After matching all the symbols in line 13 of her ticket, the winner began uncovering the prize amount. 

“I saw the ‘5’and thought, ‘Okay, I won my money back.’” she laughed. “I looked at it, and looked again – I was floored when I saw $50,000!”
 
This marks the third time this year a Ripley County player has won a prize of $50,000 or more playing a Missouri Lottery Scratchers game. 

In FY24, players in Ripley County won more than $1.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $178,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $75,000 in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
